Asbel Perez is the founder of Hispanic Professionals Business Solution. He has been a business owner for 10 years. He currently holds the position of District Executive for Patriots Path Council, Boy Scouts of America where he handles their Hispanic Initiatives and Multicultural Markets program. Asbel also sits on the board of El Primer Paso Charter School and Discover Dover Day, in Dover, NJ. He is a member of ALPFA-New York, the Elizabeth Cuban Lions Club, and the Scoutmaster of Troop 1923 in Dover, NJ.

Alberto resides in Bergen County with his wife and three children.
Diana Germano, Secretary
Diana Germano, Secretary, at Hispanic Professional Business Solution was born and raised in the South Bronx, NY as Diana Magdalena Santiago. She married and moved to New Jersey in 1998 and currently resides in Sussex County.Her passion for helping others has led her to different venues in life including the Hispanic Professional Business Solution. There she hopes to help others who lack leadership, hope, mentoring and networking opportunities to achieve success in these areas. Diana currently works as a Realtor*, where she helps people realize their dream of homeownership and helps others, with the need to move, to sell their home. She is also a Supervisor at the US Postal Service in Kearny and has been employed with the Postal Service for 25 years processing and finalizing mail for carrier delivery.
Cesar Martin Estela, Esq., Trustee
Cesar Martin Estela was raised in Newark, NJ. He graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, NJ. Attorney Estela is a member of American Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association, the NJ Hispanic Bar Association, the NJ State Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. His practice focuses on immigration law and related legal fields in the context of the consequences on immigrants (criminal, family, municipal court).
Julio Tavarez, Board Member
Mr. Tavarez is a Principal at 3C Medial LLC and a veteran of the Nielsen Media Research Company. Tavarez is a community activist Councilman of the City of Paterson, NJ. Throughout his work experience Mr. Tavarez have shown to possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; and the ability to identify needs, evaluate conditions, develop plan of action and execute effective solutions. Also, his leadership and public speaking skills have given me the opportunity to lead several software training rollouts at The Nielsen Company and to single handedly design, develop and market a successful website visited by over 50,000 people. Mr. Tavarez holds a BA and Master in Public Administration from Kean University.
